How best to draw organic chemistry structures on the computer?
I am trying to put together a PowerPoint presentation that requires some organic chemistry structures. Is there an easy way to do this? Maybe some free software?

- the best one to draw organic structures is called ChemDraw. they may have a trial version at http://www.chemsoft.com it costs about $50 for an older academic version on their website. older version actually functions no difference, it is good enough even for me who taught in university. the newest version has some very fancy thing for research, not everyone likes to use those features.
- Chemdraw is the standard. There are a few free ones online. Chemsketch, for example.
- You can use ChemDraw or Chem Office from CambridgeSoft. These are the best programs in this category and industry standards. A free trial can be downloaded from http://scistore.cambridgesoft.com/software/category.cfm?group=free You can also find a lot of molecular drawings at Steve's Place at http://www.steve.gb.com/science/molecules.html That should almost do the trick.
